The new Aria Hotel, in Las Vegas, has assembled a collection of the world’s most critically acclaimed chefs and restaurateurs, with new concepts. They intended, and reached, to be THE PLACE to eat in Vegas but more than that, surround people with design.  From the hand of chefs as Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Michael Mina, Sirio Maccioni and Julian Serrano, you can find any cuisine desired and go crazy with the decoration of the small corners spread around the hotel.

One of our favorites is Julian Serrano, who stretches the boundaries of small plates and introduces guests to delectable interpretations of his native Spanish fare. From the detailed décor to the hot tapas, flavor is abundant. Exquisito!!!
