Déaze March 19, 2011
Secretsundaze, a festa preferida do Soma in Kinderland (depois do Sónar!
), faz 10 anos e começa a temporada dia 1º de maio em um lugar secreto do leste londrino (uma tendencinha divertida do povo bagunceiro de Londres).
“We are proud to announce the official launch of summer with secretsundaze’s Opening Party on Sunday May 1st at a secret east London location. This is unbelievably our 10th year of running the party, so its a special year for us and indeed a special party for us. We wanted to avoid the time flies when you’re having fun cliche but ahhh, what the hell… we said it!”

The Facebook Project November 24, 2010
From Dazed Digital: Photographing people in “varying states of sobriety”, Morgan O’Donovan took over 500 portraits of the faces gracing East-London haunts. The series feature revellers approached over 12 nights in late 2009, and the subjects were captured on-the-moment in whatever state he found them in.
Though atypical of nightlife photography, each photo is shot using the harsh exposure of a medical photography flash. Faces appear tightly cropped dominating most of the frame drawing the viewer to acute similarities and difference between faces. (Read full article HERE). Exhibition opened on Wednesday at Dalston Superstore in London.
Noughtie Nightlife September 29, 2010
Exhibition Noughtie Nightlife takes place in London until 2nd October. The project focuses on the fashion, faces and attitudes of cult London club nights and celebrates the first decade of the new century through the images that tell the story, taken by the photographers who were there. The exhibition provides both a recent retrospective and a contemporary archive of 21st century youth culture and style portraits, focusing on the influence of music and clubbing on fashion and vice versa. Noughtie Nightlife, an London College of Fashion research funded project, demonstrates the power and importance of nightlife club photography as a medium in itself, documenting youth culture, style and attitude.

Boom Boom Club brings the burlesque spirit to an amazing former Turkish bathhouse which has been restored to its Victorian glory and houses a cafe, bar, 80 seater restaurant and nightclub, in London.
It’s more then anything about performances, and more performances. The platter spread by Boom Boom boasts burlesque, rock n roll, exotica, swinging, dancing and overt amounts of fun. Miss Vicky Butterfly supplies and curates the performance art, and residents Bioux and David H spin the magic to make people dance all night long. Expect conceptual parties, interactive exhibitions, curiosities and late night performances with only one recommendation: ”Think with your heart and not your head and you’ll get our drift.”
Kylie hits Ibiza July 9, 2010
Diva Kylie Minogue launched her lastest album Aphrodyte at Pacha Ibiza earlier this week with the status of Swedish House Mafia’s special guest. Our birdies said: “She was stunning. We’ve never seen Pacha that busy ever.” Gotta love Kylie, she has always been a devoted club kid!
And she goes “na na na na na na na na…”
